Standard delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £75.00! This is subject to availability, and excludes areas outside of mainland UK, international delivery destinations, and premium delivery services.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.  

About our delivery service

Standard UK mainland delivery is FREE on all orders of £75 and over. We charge £3.99 for standard UK delivery on orders under £75.00  

  • Items that are made to order are flagged up when you order them and cannot be included in an "express delivery" You will not be charged any further delivery costs however. These items are normally sent by Royal Mail and despatched within 72 hours of placing your order (not including weekends).
  • We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).
  • Products that are made to order, may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.
  • If you order items that are showing as "In stock" your order should be despatched that same day when ordered before 2pm. Please note items ordered marked “Made To Order” can, in some circumstances, take up to 4 days to arrive (and maybe a little longer over the busy Christmas period). You will be advised by the office if there is a wait for your order.
  • We offer Next Working Day Delivery at £7.50. This option is available for Monday to Friday delivery, order by midday to ensure next day delivery. Items marked as ‘made to order’ probably cannot be dispatched the next working day, but if you select this delivery option you will still be charged. If you order on a Friday you will not get delivery on Saturday.
  • We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.  
  • On rare occasions, some items may take longer to be delivered than quoted in these instances you will be contacted by the office, and advised of a time scale.

Should you live outside of the mainland UK, and your order is heavy or worth over £50, then you can still place your order but no payment will be taken. We will then weigh your items and will let you know the postage costs. This enables us to accurately quote you for postage and therefore you will not be overcharged. We only ever charge what it actually costs us!  

Delivery Methods

  • Most orders will be sent by courier. If you receive a faulty/damaged item please do not return the item before calling the office to discuss 020 8364 0350 .
  • Some smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail; in this case the order does not require a signature.

International Shipping

For international Shipping Please see below. For heavier orders, you can still place your order but you will not be charged until we are able to provide an accurate postage cost for you. This enables us to charge you fairly. We only ever charge you what it actually costs us.

Flat Rate per Order

SOUTHERN IRELAND £6.95 for orders under £49.99 and for heavier orders that have to be couriered £15*

EUROPE £15.00* for orders under £49.99. Orders over and above will be weighed and quoted for.

USA £25.00* for orders under £49.99. Orders over and above will be weighed and quoted for.

AUSTRALIA due to the many remote areas, we ask you to place your order and then we will weigh it and confirm back to you the postage costs. We only ever charge you what it actually costs us.

BFPO Once you have placed your order, before payment is taken, we will email you your delivery cost.  

*This is the flat rate per order; please note we reserve the right to surcharge for exceptional orders of large quantity/weight.

RETURNS

PLEASE PHONE THE OFFICE BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM - 020 8364 0350.
On the rare occasion your item has arrived damaged or personalistion is incorrect, then we will request a photo as proof of the error. Once received, a refund or replacement will be arranged and normally we will not require the item returned. This is so we can make sure there is minimal disruption to you.
