Luvponies.com Ltd treats personal information with the utmost respect. The data entered on your order form may be stored and used for customer care, and to process orders. From time to time we may contact you with information regarding new products, special offers, events, etc. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such mailings from us by emailing us at remove@luvponies.com. We do not pass your details to third parties.
The contract between You, the buyer, and Us, luvponies.com Ltd, will be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between You and Us will be resolved by the English courts.
Delivery Times
We will post your parcel within 24 hours of your purchase where possible. If we are unable to post your parcel within 48 hours of your purchase, we will email you to advise of this. For "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery", please select postage choice where available.
Should you not receive an email confirming your order has been received it is likely that you have typed an incorrect email address. You may wish to call us on 020 8364 0350 just to make sure your order has been received. When we are not too busy we will endeavour to call you as reassurance that your order is on its way!
Just to assure you that we will continue to do everything possible to keep our postage charges to the absolute minimum. Keeping in line with our friendly “green” approach, we will always endeavour to reduce any unnecessary packaging too. Most of our clothing is not sent in plastic bags for example.

If, like most of us, you are at the office more than you are at home, or you wish to send a gift to a friend, just complete the alternative address details within the checkout process. Your parcel will then be delivered to your chosen address. We can even gift wrap it for you if you like. Just let us know.
