Dear Tracy I just wanted you to know how impressed we are with your customer service. It really is 110%! I ordered my goods on 1/12/09 at about 2pm and was amazed when they turned up on the 2nd!! Thank you for keeping me informed about what was in stock and I really think your service is second to none. I will definitely be using you again and I know that my daughter Hayley, is going to have the biggest smile on her face on Christmas morning!! (Hayley loves horses and was due to start riding lessons at the beginning of October, but the day before she was due to start, she sat on a friend's horse and she fell off and broke her arm, so we have had to postpone the lessons until the New Year.For this reason, it was important to us that we got the Breyer things she really wanted as she has had a tough time of it recently!)
