About us
We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Tracy and Kari, the mothers of Alexandra and Mollie, two of our wonderful daughters. Both are completely pony mad!
Every birthday, Christmas and every day in between, they look for anything and everything to do with ponies. As their mums we have searched, often without success, for new, fun and beautiful gifts and clothes – adorned with ponies of course. To this end we have been driven to set up our company, luvponies.com.
All the products in our range have been "road/pony tested" by Mollie and Alexandra and have only been included if they have been loved, worn to death (followed by repeated washing by their loving mums) or are taking pride of place in their bedrooms.
Our daughters are very concerned about the environment and have requested that we at luvponies.com make every effort to do all we can to help the situation. Therefore we are proud to say wherever possible we are as "Green" as we can be. We are very pleased to include the "The Mountain ®" range of t-shirts which are hand-dyed and printed using only earth-friendly water based inks.
Your parcel will arrive, lovingly wrapped, in pink tissue and sprinkled with pony confetti (whenever possible). We want to make receiving a parcel from luvponies a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one you'll recommend to friends and family.
We would be pleased to hear whether you love our range of gifts and clothes as much as we do! On our Home Page you will find the "I Wish For" button and we would appreciate you letting us know if there is anything you were disappointed not to find. We both love a challenge and will do our best to find it for you.

We always want you to be completely happy with your purchase, that is why we only offer to you something we would happily purchase ourselves.
Our aim is to supply innovative and practical products at affordable prices. Most of the range of clothing offered has been tried and tested by us and our daughters and has proved to stand the test of time and our washing machines!
We are dedicated to providing our customers with an excellent service. We are only human however and we may make the occasional error. Should this be the case then let us know immediately so we may have the chance to put it right.

Unlike other companies we do not 'hide' our postal costs in our prices. We will always try our utmost to keep postage and packaging costs to an absolute minimum.
We fully understand parents concerns about children's safety and therefore we treat all personal infomation with the utmost respect. The data entered on your order form may be stored and used for customer care and order processing. With your permission, we may contact you from time to time with information regarding new products, special offers, events etc. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such mailings from us by emailing us at remove@luvponies.com. We do not pass on your details to third parties, ever!
